By now, you have probably figured out that I'm goofy, short, and love food! That's just the top of the list, but what you may not know is that, when it comes to my girls, I am the Mamma Bear. I'm either fussing about their decision, fussing about what they wearing, or just fussing period, and doing the occasional MmmmMmh when I don't agree with something. You know, the typical mom stuff LOL. Oh and lets not forget the "I told you so's

* I told you not to drink clear and dark but you don't listen. It's okay keep throwing up, I got your hair. You want some breakfast?" LOL

In my Crew, this is who we have....

-the Party Friend. Now it depends who's fulfilling this position the day we go out. It can either be my girl Blue or my girl Dearra. They are passing out shots, laughing, and twerking at the same time!

-The Fighting Friend, she is the one who is ready to pop off at any means necessary. She gone smile and have fun, but you cross one of us and she ready. Depending on the city I have either Jada Blue Don't cross them, and you will be fine.

-The Quiet Friend, I have two! They keep the peace. Dominique helps me get my life together and Adriana is quiet at first but on the slick she like the next funny person in the group.

-The Funny Friend. All of us are goofy but sometime my cousin Raynette just knocks it out of the park! Between her my friend Sydney and Claire, they could have me laughing for days You know those quiet laughs cause you're trying to catch your breath.

-Last but not least, the Crazy One!!! Yelp that's me! To be honest, I'm all over the place. I stick up for my girls, I whine when we running late to a party, and then turn around and pray in the car!

Yeap you heard right. When I was in college, I finally got to experience clubbing for the first time. Literally didn't know what to expect and when I went out with my homegirls, Christy, Kia, Tarrion, and Quiera, I figured we should pray to be safe. I had read where some young girl had went out for the first time in New Orleans and ended getting shot in crossfire, and that scared me. In the car, I thought, " I'm gone pray for everybody" . Well instead of me just praying in my head I blurted out, "Yall we should pray!" All of them looked at me and said, "Girl shut up! why you gone say that?" Then I thought, (excuse my french) these Bitches gone die cause they don't want to claim they lord and savior, but not me! Hell he know we going to turn up, I just need him to watch over us while we bagging that thang up on and off the dance floor. LOL Christy was driving, I think, and she said, "Girl be quiet, ain't nothing gone happen to us." Needless to say, I prayed silently and none of us died that night! It probably was or was not my prayer that did it, however it made me feel good that I did it anyway.

Friendships change over time and that's okay. Some of us venture out ad do different things, but you always want a group to bring you back to reality and help you escape from it when need be. My college friends helped me enjoy myself and experience what it felt like to be kind of an adult, and my group of women now, help me push through womanhood.

Both group of ladies encouraged me to look out for them just as they did for me. They had my back and was there for me when I needed them and in return I tried to help them the best way I knew how.

Moral of the Story, get you some friends that will have your back. Family means everything to me but its something about a bond with people you didn't grow up with that just hits a spark. Your friendship is strong not because of blood, but genuinely because they are there for you when all yall have is time and similarities.
