Finding Mr. LeFlore

It definitely goes down in the DMs. In 2013, mid-spring, I decided to just stop wanting to have a boyfriend. . . . .Around this time I had never had a real boyfriend! Like the one that takes you places and watch movies with, pick you up, take you to dinner, yeap, never had one of those.

My dad is awesome and showed me how a man treats his wife, and I've always wanted that. Welp, Mr. Handsome (that's what I call him )was an advocate for no dating, and I really didn't get the okay to date until I was 17!! Even then I only brought two guys to the house, my prom and military ball date.

SPOILER ALERT: So, in 7th grade, I went to my friend's house and decided to date her 16 year old cousin. Dad found out and was pissed LOL. I kept talking to him on and off for 5 years. During our Third year, he popped up with babies!! Yes more than one and I had #firstlovesyndrome and went back. Eventually, I broke that feeling, and left him.

Now, he has seven children. THANK GOD none are mine!!

Okay, so after all of that, I'm pretty sure this contributed to my feelings towards finding Mr. Right. Well after talking to the ideal guys (football guy, army guy, frat guy) they weren't ideal at all, but frogs, in handsome suits!

July 2013 I reached out to a guy on my Instagram timeline, and was calling him out on having two different IG accounts. I thought that in twenty minutes he posted two posts on two different accounts, with two different outfits. It wasn't until he responded, I realized, he was a TWIN. Welp, I DM'ed his brother and then I commented on Jacob's photo and told him how I was bout to put him in blast for having two accounts. Jacob and I slid in comments for months until we decided to see each other in person.

Later found some crazy facts about us:

- Both from Jackson, MS

-Both grandparents knew each other back in the day

-Both had similar friends

. . . . . . . . BUT WE NEVER KNEW OF EACH OTHER UNTIL INSTAGRAM. . . . .

Fast-forward until now, this is my first real boyfriend! He was the first to take me out on a date, pick me up from my house, open every door for me, give me words of motivation, and just an amazing gentleman
